SAPAC has been promoting art and artists in Swindon and Wiltshire for the past 10 years. SAPAC is hosting the SANGAM event in celebration of our 10th birthday.
The evening will start with welcome drink and Canapés from 6pm followed by dinner which will be served by staff.
The evening will include a specially commissioned dance by Shila Mehta an international Kathak artist and hypnotic Sufi music including quawali and Sufi music by DHANK Music Academy, a renowned group from Birmingham.

Shila Mehta: Internationally renowned Kathak exponent specialising in the Lucknow gharana. Celebrated for her well-rounded command of the form, the performance will include emotive storytelling layered within Kathak dance movements in their purest form.
Khan Brothers Qawwal: The UK’s first qawwali group, Khan Brothers Qawwali is led by the great maestro Ustad Haji Ameer Khan Qawwal, son of the famous legend late Ustad Latafat Hussain Khan. A performer as well as a teacher, he can be found performing at all types of events around the world, ranging from parties to religious events (Diwali, Baisakhi, Eid, Urs etc.). Ustad Haji Ameer Khan has been following the footsteps of his ancestors for 10 generations.
Wiltshire based talent: Showcasing local dance and instrumental performers.
